Nova Energy Strategic Update Webcast

Last week, Nova released a 2009 year in review and 2010 strategic update Webcast. The Webcast provides a review of 2009 and an overview of both the Company's business plan and strategic objectives for 2010. This year, Nova Energy launched an updated corporate strategy to pursue several business lines in the growing economy of East Africa, to include technology systems integration, mobile money remittance, and housing and health products initiatives. The Company also plans to continue to redevelop known oil reserves in North America.

The Webcast also provides further details on Nova's business expansion plans in East Africa, announced plans to acquire a $1.4 million oil drilling asset later this month in North America, recently announced $1 million funding commitment and partnership with the NewMarket Greenfield Partnership program.
