Oracle Applications Users Group Board Re-Elects Mark Clark as President, Selects 2012 Executive Committee

The Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG), the world’s largest user knowledgebase for Oracle® Applications users, announced it re-elected Mark C. Clark as its 2012 president and elected the members of the organization’s executive committee.

Clark has been an active member of the OAUG since 1992 and first served as OAUG president in 2011. He was chair of the OAUG Membership Committee in 2010 and leads the NCOAUG, which he co-founded in 1994. He previously served as the North American Geographic User Group (Geo) coordinator on behalf of the OAUG, served on the Board of the South Central Oracle Users Group, acted in the role of Enhancements Committee co-chair and served as member of the OAUG Communications Committee.

Clark has more than 20 years of experience helping organizations implement, upgrade and maintain the Oracle E-Business Suite. He was recognized by Oracle for working on the first Oracle Applications implementation in China. As a senior partner at O2Works LLC, Clark is currently engaged with customers worldwide in their Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 and 12.1 efforts.

As the OAUG’s elected president, Clark chairs the 2012 OAUG executive committee, a group chosen by the OAUG board of directors that is responsible for the organization’s strategic planning process and direction. Members of this year’s executive committee are Mark C. Clark as president, Margaret Wright as executive vice president, Alyssa Johnson as secretary and Robert Tee as treasurer.
