TreeHouse Interactive™ (www.treehousei.com), the technology leader in on-demand partner relationship management (PRM) and marketing automation solutions, today announced rapid growth of new customers licensing its PRM product, Reseller View. The company is 40 percent ahead of record-breaking 2011 Q1 revenue and attributes the growth to new partner marketing enablement features and deeper integration with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
It was the company’s best first quarter ever, both in terms of new customer acquisition and revenue. New PRM customers include companies such as VMWare’s Mozy Division, Syncsort, Internap, and Silver Peak.
“We’re seeing a significant increase in demand for PRM solutions,” said Erich Flynn, CEO, TreeHouse Interactive. “Expanding our CRM integrations and the launch of our new partner marketing enablement technologies has created increased interest and revenue. Customers are realizing they need to do more to help partners create demand on a ground level. They are also realizing that integrating the channel sales funnel into their CRM systems is key to better forecasting and prevention of channel conflict.”
TreeHouse has deepened its integration with Salesforce CRM, and now supports PRM integration down to the Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional Edition—an industry first aimed at growing channel companies. Reseller View PRM is also integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Today Reseller View PRM supports all the major CRM players out of the box, including Salesforce (CRM), Microsoft (MSFT) and Oracle CRM On Demand (ORCL).
“Deep integration with Salesforce is important to drive our channel revenue,” said Mark Gisvold, channel program director, Internap. “In our research, TreeHouse Interactive has outdone other PRM vendors and offers the complete PRM solution we were looking for to connect better with our partners.”
“The Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration was a deciding factor in renewing our license to Reseller View PRM,” said Mike Stinson, vice president of marketing, Motion Computing. “When we moved to Microsoft Dynamics, Reseller View PRM made the transition from one platform to the next absolutely seamless. Our partners experienced no downtime.”
Partner Marketing Enablement has also been a driving factor. Flynn points to the following capabilities as driving additional interest and revenue.
- Automated Co-Branding of Documents and HTML Resources
- Automated Outbound Email Campaigns with Lead Capture and Routing
- Content Syndication and Automated Lead Capture through Partner Mini-Sites
“Partners don’t always have the tools and resources to create demand for every product they sell,” said Katherine Russ-Hotfelter, senior manager of channel marketing, Silver Peak Systems. “We wanted to enable our partners to create their own demand for our products while having the process tightly integrate with Salesforce.com. TreeHouse helps us do both, and is also providing the added functionality for automating our MDF process.”
New CRM integrations and partner marketing enablement functionality are generally available now. Contact TreeHouse Interactive at 801.576.8428 or sales@treehousei.com for details.
