TreeHouse Interactive™ (www.treehousei.com), the technology leader in on-demand partner relationship management (PRM) and marketing automation solutions, today announced that several customers using its Reseller View PRM solution have been included in CRN Magazine’s 2012 Channel Chiefs list of executives as the who's who of channel management. Several TreeHouse customers also recently received the publication's prestigious 5-Star Partner Program award.
The 5-Star Partner Program rating recognizes the elite subset of Partner Program Guide vendors that give solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs. The objective criteria includes vendor investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support and communication. TreeHouse customers who received the 5-Star Partner Program award include Asigra, Dot Hill, Hostway, Quantum and SGI.
For the 10th consecutive year, CRN Magazine’s Channel Chiefs were selected by the publication’s editorial team and were based on channel experience, program innovations, channel-driven revenue and public support for the importance of IT channel sales. According to the publication, "This year's honorees are navigating through a maze of new business models and rapid technology shifts and making sure their company's partners find their way. It's a win for them when it's a win for their partners."
TreeHouse customers recognized for their partner program leadership include:
- Eran Farajun, Executive Vice President at Asigra Inc.
- Brad Painter, Vice President of Channel Sales at Dot Hill Systems Corp.
- Darrell Gamble, Director of Channel Sales at Mozy
- Tom Valiante, Vice President, America Channel Sales at Quantum Corp.
- Alison Ryan, Vice President, Global Channel Sales at SGI
"We are committed to providing the absolute best support to our channel partners, and TreeHouse’s Reseller View PRM is an important part of our strategy to make our partners successful,” said Alison Ryan, vice president global channel sales, SGI. "Reseller View automates and simplifies many of the time-consuming aspects of channel program management so we can more effectively focus on the higher-value services that are important to our partners."
Reseller View enables companies to accelerate partner sales, increase partner loyalty, and reduce both the time and cost associated with partner program management by automating many of the manual processes involved. It seamlessly integrates worldwide partner networks into major CRM systems like Salesforce (CRM), Oracle (ORCL) and Microsoft (MSFT). It is also the only multi-tiered PRM solution available, allowing different types of partners to access different levels of information and benefits. The solution includes partner marketing enablement features for automatic co-branded marketing content, full-service outbound marketing campaigns and co-branded partner mini-sites.
“We congratulate all of our customers who have been recognized by CRN as Channel Chiefs and received a 5-Star Partner Program award this year,” said Erich Flynn, CEO, TreeHouse Interactive. “Reseller View enables companies such as these to enhance their partner relationships by effectively supporting and managing their partner network. While Reseller View provides an industry-leading foundation for success, it is the talent, expertise and commitment to partners that has earned these Channel Chiefs and 5-Star Partner Program winners well-deserved industry recognition."
