Interoute étend son infrastructure de services Cloud pour répondre à une demande en pleine croissance

En un an, le chiffre d'affaires d'Interoute a augmenté de 15% et l'EBITDA de 23%, les entreprises adoptant son Virtual Data Centre et accélérant leur évolution vers la convergence des télécommunications et de l'informatique (« Unified ICT »)

Interoute, opérateur propriétaire de la plus grande plateforme de services cloud d'Europe, poursuit le développement de ses data centres européens, répondant à la demande croissante pour ses services Cloud. L'arrivée d'une solution de gestion d'applications de type Oracle ou Microsoft dans l'offre Interoute et le lancement du Virtual Data Centre ont grandement contribué à cette augmentation des revenus issus des services informatiques. La stratégie « Unified ICT » d'Interoute, s'appuyant sur la plateforme de services Cloud la plus importante d'Europe pour fournir des services informatiques, de connectivité et de communication, continue de séduire les entreprises internationales qui désirent une approche intégrée.

Au troisième trimestre 2012, Interoute a étendu sa plateforme Virtual Data Centre à Berlin, et Paris se prépare également à accueillir cette solution innovante au quatrième trimestre 2012. Plus tôt dans l'année, le gouvernement britannique a choisi Interoute comme fournisseur d'Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) dans le cadre de son programme national G-Cloud. Le Virtual Data Centre d'Interoute permet aux organisations de créer des services cloud évolutifs et très dynamiques, autorisant ses clients à provisionner de nouvelles ressources informatiques en quelques minutes à partir de  n'importe quel data centre VDC d'Interoute à Amsterdam, Berlin, Genève, Londres, et bientôt Berlin et Paris, via un portail web entièrement automatisé.

Parallèlement, Interoute investit dans un data centre dernier cri à Gand en Belgique. Il sera complètement opérationnel en janvier 2013. Son système de sécurité accru comporte un contrôle d'accès biométrique par reconnaissance d'empreintes digitales et un service de surveillance opérationnel 24H/24, 7j/7, piloté depuis le data centre d'Amsterdam et à l'aide de nombreuses caméras hautes définitions filmant l'intérieur et l'extérieur du bâtiment. Le data centre est certifié PCI et ISO-2007 et possèdera un excellent indicateur d'efficience énergétique (Power Usage Effectiveness ou PUE) de 1,4.

La croissance d'Interoute a défié la récession avec un chiffre d'affaires en hausse de 15% par rapport à la même période en 2011 et atteignant 296,7 millions d'euros sur les trois premiers trimestres 2012. Le succès de son offre Unified Computing basée sur le cloud, combinée à une demande internationale pour des services réseaux privés paneuropéens, a contribué à cette croissance soutenue. L'EBITDA s'élève à 52,8 millions d'euros pour les neuf premiers mois de l'année 2012, soit une hausse de 23% par rapport à la même période en 2011.
