CINCINNATI, OH -- (Marketwire) -- 12/05/12 -- Everence (http://www.everence.com) has selected Cincom Eloquence® (http://documentsolutions.cincom.com) to simplify its document communications processes, including generation of the new Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) document as mandated by the Affordable Care Act of 2010.
"With the announcement to discontinue support for our existing iStream Publisher (formerly Calligo) solution from Oracle, we knew it was time to search for a new customer communications solution," commented Steve Kaufman, chief information officer for Everence. "After careful evaluation of available customer communications solutions in the market today, including an upgrade of our existing solution, we chose Cincom based on their industry expertise and willingness to learn our business processes while providing the best value across the entire Everence family."
Everence anticipates a rapid deployment that includes a migration of existing templates from the iStream Publisher/Calligo repository to Cincom Eloquence as well as integration with their existing infrastructure and applications that will yield significant improvements in the speed of template development, testing and approval. In addition, Everence expects improvements in member satisfaction derived from Cincom Eloquence's intuitive interface that helps member services representatives generate error-free, personalized document communications in real time and deliver them according to each customer's unique preference either print or electronic.
"Exceeding member expectations is the number one focus at Everence -- it's why we exist," said Brent Hochstetler, IT application services manager for Everence. "And, we see Cincom Eloquence playing an important part in delivering on that promise."
Everence plans to leverage Cincom Eloquence's enterprise scalability across its multiple business lines through integration with its legacy enterprise systems, including Hyland Software's OnBase and potentially Microsoft's SharePoint and Dynamics CRM in the future, to further its mission of helping individuals, organizations, and businesses integrate faith and values into their financial decisions.
Everence helps individuals, organizations and congregations integrate finances with faith through a national team of advisors and representatives. Everence offers banking, insurance and financial services with community benefits and sterwardship education.
For 41 years, Cincom has helped thousands of clients worldwide by solving complex business problems with its software and services.
