FLANDERS, N.J., Dec. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- EP2M, LLC, an industry-leading systems integrator and Gold-level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), announced today that the City of Burbank municipal utility, BWP, serving 45,000 households and 6,000 businesses with water and electricity in Burbank, CA, has selected EP2M to implement Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing to help Burbank meet aggressive California conservation requirements while increasing operational efficiencies and enhancing customer care.

BWP is replacing a first generation distributed billing system with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing, which delivers both customer and financial data management, automates receivables functions, and provides Burbank with a 360-degree view of customer relationship elements such as orders, contacts and collections.
