eVerge Group is pleased to announce that Mike Webster has joined the company as Sr. Director, Taleo Applications, to head its Taleo consulting practice.
Mr. Webster brings 16+ years of HR recruiting, education and talent acquisition experience with Fortune 500 companies such as Cummins, PETCO, Blockbuster, TIAA-Cref and Accenture. In his previous roles, Mike has developed extensive strategic and tactical expertise in full lifecycle project management, process redesign and optimization, business case development, and Taleo configuration and integration design.
In his new role, Mr. Webster will be responsible for providing leadership and overall management of eVerge Group’s Taleo projects and will work closely with the company’s Fusion HCM consulting teams to deliver integrated HCM, recruiting, and learning management solutions. “We are seeing significant growth in the number of clients seeking Taleo solutions, especially in conjunction with Oracle Fusion HCM,” according to eVerge Group president, Esteban Neely. “We are excited to have Mike, with his extensive background in recruiting and learning management solutions, leading our Taleo practice.”
