DocuSign, the global standard for eSignature, has expanded its leadership team to include Neil Hudspith as chief revenue officer, and Matt Malden as chief product officer. The additions to DocuSign’s leadership team will help to drive the company’s continued momentum and further accelerate growth.
As chief revenue officer, Neil is responsible for customer facing functions on a global basis, including sales, account management, business development, partnerships, and solution engineering. Neil brings 25 years of IT experience to DocuSign, most recently serving as the senior vice president of Human Capital Management for Oracle, where he led sales and cloud professional services for Peoplesoft, JDEdwards, Taleo and Fusion HCM. Prior to Oracle’s acquisition of Taleo, Neil served as the executive vice president of Worldwide Field Operations and chief customer officer, where he was responsible for global sales, sales operations, customer success, global alliances, and business transformation. Neil spent the majority of his career with IBM, most recently as vice president and general manager of IBM Software Group for Asia Pacific and Japan based in Singapore. His prior positions at IBM include more than five years managing the company’s emerging markets in the Middle East, Africa, and Central Europe.
As chief product officer, Matt is responsible for product strategy, direction and management for DocuSign. Matt brings more than 20 years of experience leading high-growth software companies, most recently as founder and CEO of Yield Software, which was acquired by Autonomy, an HP Company. As CEO of Yield Software, Matt developed cloud-based software which used sophisticated algorithms and automation to improve online advertising effectiveness. Previously, he held the role of vice president and general manager of products for Siebel Systems where he ran their largest CRM product line. He has also held various positions at Oracle Corporation. Matt earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
