Qstream Named Sales & Marketing Innovative Technology of the Year Finalist for Annual Technology Leadership Awards

Mobile Solution Developed at Harvard Drives Sales Force Performance Through Powerfully Simple, Game-Based Approach in Just Minutes a Day

BURLINGTON, MA--(Marketwired - July 16, 2014) - Qstream, provider of a proven, easy-to-deploy mobile solution that allows sales teams to manage and measure the capabilities of their reps in just minutes a day, today announced that it has been named a finalist in the Sales and Marketing Innovative Technology of the Year category of the 2014 Mass Technology Leadership Council (MassTLC) Technology Leadership Awards.

MassTLC unveiled the finalists for the 17th annual awards last night during a cocktail reception hosted at the Microsoft NERD Center. This year's award nominees represent the best of the region's tech industry in 16 categories. A complete list of finalists appears on the MassTLC site at http://masstlcawards.org/2014/finalists

"Our congratulations to the finalists of the 17th annual MassTLC Leadership Awards," said Tom Hopcroft, President and CEO of Mass Technology Leadership Council. "Each one is an example of the executive leadership, business acumen and technological innovation fueling Massachusetts' economy and changing the world."

Developed at Harvard, Qstream offers a powerfully simple -- and highly scalable -- approach to driving sales force performance. Using Qstream's native mobile apps or email, reps respond to short, challenge scenarios pushed to their phone or other mobile device every few days. Built-in game mechanics, including leaderboards, engage reps in an experience that's fun and effective. The platform's onboard analytics engine captures critical data points and instantly transforms them into actionable management insights, such as targeted coaching opportunities. Unlike solutions that tether client conversations to rote presentations, Qstream equips sales reps for dynamic, value-added business conversations that drive revenue and keep pace with market change.

"As a finalist for MassTLC Technology of the Year award finalist, we are honored to be among such esteemed company," said Duncan Lennox, CEO and co-founder of Qstream. "Today's far more complex selling process is overdue for a transformation, and we're delighted to be assisting many of the world's leading organizations to sell more effectively."

Finalists were selected from hundreds of nominations, as judged by panels of executives, investors, analysts, media and thought leaders in each of the 16 categories who participated in the selection process. The pool of finalists will be further narrowed during the coming weeks, with winners announced on Thursday, September 11, at the MassTLC Leadership Awards Gala at the Westin Waterfront in Boston. Details and advance registration are available at www.masstlcawards.org.

The 2014 Technology Leadership Award are sponsored by (Platinum) Aericon, Invest Northern Ireland, Microsoft, PwC and Skyscope, along with CHEN PR, K Square Law, and Raytheon.
