Gigya Expands Partner Program to Bring Consumer Identity and Data Management to Broader Market

NEXUS Partner Ecosystem Broadens With Inclusion of New Technology, Agency, and Solution Provider Partners

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/19/14 -- Gigya, the Connected Consumer Management suite, announced the expansion of its partner program to include new alliances with technology, agency, systems integrator, and solution provider vendors.

Since launching in 2012, the NEXUS Partner Ecosystem has become a highly strategic part of Gigya's business and its number of partners has grown exponentially. The program now includes integrations with over 50 leading Marketing, CMS, Content Recommendation, eCommerce Platform, Ad-serving, Analytics and Data Management vendors. Some technology partners include Marketo, ExactTarget (Salesforce.com), Demandware, DoubleClick, and Oracle.

As part of the revamped program, partners can work with Gigya based on a three-tier system to determine level of engagement:

  • Associate Partners work with Gigya to establish an initial joint value proposition and set short-term goals, with the end goal of developing the terms for a long-term relationship.
  • Silver Partners are ready to make the investment to truly go to market, jointly, and establish a long-term strategy. Partners at this level will make investment in product, marketing and sales and work with us to build a joint business plan and/or direct integration with Gigya.
  • Gold Partners are established partners with which Gigya shares joint customers and/or has a direct integration. Gigya will continually work with these partners to build plans for further growth. These plans are built for annual numbers and reviewed regularly by both executive teams.

"Our partner program has been instrumental in our growth over the past two years," said Patrick Salyer, CEO of Gigya. "By allowing partners to work with us in more ways, we can help a larger variety of businesses gain a single view of their customers and transform their marketing efforts."

As launch partners of the expanded program, companies such as MPP Global, Pierry Interactive, NetSuite, Ooyala, RichRelevance, JWT Asia and Tea Leaves Health have signed on to become members.

"Gigya's technology is in high demand," said Julian Morelis, Executive Vice President of Sales, EMEA, MPP Global Solutions. "The expansion of the company's partner program allows us to deliver a set of products that will provide major value to our clients and significantly impact their marketing programs."

These partners, along with other current, new and prospective partners, will be joining Gigya at its Inaugural Partner Day on August 19th in San Francisco.

Cell networks have the advantage of long-range communications, reaching an estimated 90% of the world. But cell networks such as 2G, 3G and LTE consume lots of power and were designed for connecting people. They are not optimized for low- or battery-powered devices or for IoT applications with infrequently transmitted data. Cell IoT modules that support narrow-band IoT and 4G cell networks will enable cell connectivity, device management, and app enablement for low-power wide-area network IoT. B...
The Internet of Things will challenge the status quo of how IT and development organizations operate. Or will it? Certainly the fog layer of IoT requires special insights about data ontology, security and transactional integrity. But the developmental challenges are the same: People, Process and Platform and how we integrate our thinking to solve complicated problems. In his session at 19th Cloud Expo, Craig Sproule, CEO of Metavine, demonstrated how to move beyond today's coding paradigm and sh...
What are the new priorities for the connected business? First: businesses need to think differently about the types of connections they will need to make – these span well beyond the traditional app to app into more modern forms of integration including SaaS integrations, mobile integrations, APIs, device integration and Big Data integration. It’s important these are unified together vs. doing them all piecemeal. Second, these types of connections need to be simple to design, adapt and configure...
Cloud computing delivers on-demand resources that provide businesses with flexibility and cost-savings. The challenge in moving workloads to the cloud has been the cost and complexity of ensuring the initial and ongoing security and regulatory (PCI, HIPAA, FFIEC) compliance across private and public clouds. Manual security compliance is slow, prone to human error, and represents over 50% of the cost of managing cloud applications. Determining how to automate cloud security compliance is critical...
Contextual Analytics of various threat data provides a deeper understanding of a given threat and enables identification of unknown threat vectors. In his session at @ThingsExpo, David Dufour, Head of Security Architecture, IoT, Webroot, Inc., discussed how through the use of Big Data analytics and deep data correlation across different threat types, it is possible to gain a better understanding of where, how and to what level of danger a malicious actor poses to an organization, and to determin...
