2nd Time on List of the Fastest Growing Privately Held Businesses in the US

LAKE ZURICH, Ill., Aug. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Paragon Micro today announced that it has been named to the 2014 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing privately held businesses in the United States.  Paragon Micro is # 2908 on the 2014 list, having made the list for the first time in 2013.

In being recognized by Inc., Paragon Micro joins distinguished Inc. 5000 alumni such as Microsoft, Zappos, Under Armour, Oracle, Jamba Juice, and Timberland.

"We are honored to be included in the Inc. 5000.  We've had such strong, consistent growth because our customers believe we're their best choice for sourcing and managing their IT solutions," said Jeff Reimer, President of Paragon Micro.  "This shows we give our customers what they value----more experienced and capable account managers, single-source procurement for any product, international capability, and strong relationships with OEMs."

Inclusion on the list was determined by measuring revenue growth from 2010 to 2013.  Additionally, companies chosen had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2013.
